Join the Sacramento Valley California Native Plant Society for their annual seed swap. The free community seed swap will be held at the Shepard Garden and Arts Center. Come one. Come all. If you don’t have seeds to swap that’s OK. Cuttings will also be welcome.

Join Matthew from find out farms for an online class on how to break up with your lawn. We will go over all the steps and best practices for sheet mulching, the best methods and approaches to deal with the common weeds of Sacramento (yes, including bermuda grass!), and a few helpful ways to explain to—and hopefully convince—your neighbors what you are doing and why it is so important. We will have time for questions and participants will receive one-pagers after the event.
